US Lacrosse recently worked with ESPN Rise to produce a series
of instructional videos for lacrosse, with help from top players in

In this video, Amy Appelt, a former Tewaaraton Trophy winner at
Virginia and current UMBC assistant women's lacrosse coach,
demonstrates what goes into a successful 8-meter shot.
