Best advice received from a coach:
"There is only one thing you can control, and that's your effort."

What should every player at your position know, or need to be able to do on the field?

Every goalie should be able to know how to clear the ball well, that's an underappreciated aspect.

What's the most important part of your preparation ... for a game? For a season?
I just try to get a lot of shots throughout the season. The ability to relax in the cage during a game is huge.

What's one game-day ritual you have?
I circle the locker room a couple times to get focused.

What's one tip you have for young lacrosse players?
Play as much as possible. You may not be able to change your size or speed that much, but you can always work on your skills.
