Transition from defense to offense and aggressive on-ball defense.

Ground balls, ground balls, ground balls.

Favorite on-field practice drill?
We call it bang it off the wall at Virginia. It's a full-field transition drill where the middies bring the ball up on a skeleton fast break.

Any fun fact we left out?
I was also two-time all-state in football and hockey.
