• Plays professionally for the Long Island Lizards (MLL) and the Orlando Titans (NLL)
• Recorded career-high 76 loose balls and added one goal and 10 assists (11 points) during the 2009 season with Orlando
• Named NLL Rookie of the Week after having a career-high six points (4 goals, 2 assists) in 12-11 win over Toronto in 2007
• Played for the Philadelphia Barrage for the 2006-2008 seasons
• Has 142 ground balls in his first four years in the MLL and his team has reached the playoffs every season

College

• Earned first-team All-American honors in 2005 and honorable mention All-American honors in 2004 as a midfielder at Duke
• Earned All-ACC honors as both a junior and a senior and was named to the 2005 NCAA All-Tournament team
• Played a key role on the 2005 Blue Devil team that finished the season with a 17-3 record and #2 national ranking
