• Led the Bayhawks in groundballs (48) and won 217 out of 368 FO attempts in 2009
• Set the MLL single-season face off wins record with 249 during the 2008 season
• Went 35-58 in FO attempts in 2 games during the 2008 MLL Championship
• Named 2007 MLL Rookie of the Year in his first season with Rochester

College

• Finished his college career at Delaware with an overall face off percentage of 69, winning 1027 of 1484 attempts, both NCAA records.
• Earned 2007 CAA Player of the Year and CAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player during his senior year after helping Delaware reach its first final four
• 2nd team All-American (2007), honorable mention All-American (2005, 2006) 
• Named 2004 CAA Co-Rookie of the Year
