• Playing on fourth U.S. team
• Played on the senior team in 2002, 2006 and 2010 and was a member of the U.S. U-19 team in 1999
• Won 26-of-52 faceoffs (50.0%) and scored three goals and two assists during international play with the 2006 team
• Tallied five points (3g, 2a) in two wins over Iroqouis as the U.S. team took the 2002  world championship. Finished the 2002 championship with nine points (4g, 5a)

• Appeared in 12 games for the Boston Cannons (2009)
• Helped the Philadelphia Barrage to the 2007 MLL Championship
• Earned MLL All-Star honors in 2005
• Won 67-of-133 faceoff draws (50%) and scooped up 41 ground balls during his rookie season with the Rochester Rattlers
• In seven seasons in the MLL has scored 64 goals and added 28 assists while winning 183-of-370 faceoffs.
• Had a career-high 18 goals in 2004 with Rochester
• Has played in the MLL playoffs in five of the last six seasons

• Helped Duke to a four-year record of 38-25 with three NCAA Tournament berths and two ACC Championships (2001, 2002)
• Named Division I National Midfielder of the Year (2002)
• Two-time first-team All-American (2002, 2003) and earned second-team All-American honors in 2001
• Two-time Tewaarton Trophy Finalist (2002, 2003)
• Named 2001 ACC Player of the Year and a three-time All-ACC selection (2001-2003)
• Two-time ACC All-Tournament selection (2001, 2003)
• Currently the head coach at Lehigh University
