Georgetown: Georgetown-Rutgers Men's Lax Game to Be Shown on Verizon FiOS1

Washington, D.C. - The Saturday, April 28 men's lacrosse game featuring No. 4 Georgetown and Rutgers will be televised by Verizon FiOS1 and will be broadcast tape-delayed three different times, Wednesday, May 2 at 8 p.m., Saturday, May 5 at 3 p.m. and then again on Saturday, May 5 at 8 p.m. BJ Koubaroulis and former Hoya All American Andy Corno will be calling the action.
Two televised Georgetown University women's lacrosse games will be re-broadcast on the new Verizon FiOS1 channel over the next few days.
The Hoyas' 15-9 victory over George Washington will be broadcast on Tuesday, April 24 at 8 p.m., Saturday, April 28 at 3 p.m and Sunday, April 29 at 10 am. BJ Koubaroulis and former GU standout Sarah Oliphant will be calling the action.
Additionally, Georgetown's 15-9 win over BIG EAST rival Connecticut will be shown on Thursday April 26 at 8 p.m., Saturday, April 28 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 29 at 8 p.m. Koubaroulis and former GU head coach Kim Simons will be calling the game from the booth.
Verizon FiOS is available in the DC metro area which encompasses Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington counties in Virginia and selected parts of Prince George County in Maryland.
After the two wins over George Washington and Connecticut, the Hoyas (9-6) won their seventh straight BIG EAST regular-season title and earned the No. 1 seed in the upcoming inaugural BIG EAST Championship. The Hoyas will take on No. 4 seed Notre Dame on Friday, April 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y.
