PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's men's lacrosse fell to Drexel, 12-5, Tuesday afternoon. The Hawks were sparked on offense by freshman Scott Cullinan's two goals.

The Dragons took control early, jumping out to 5-0 lead in the first quarter and an 8-1 advantage at halftime.

Drexel extended its lead to 11-2 by the end of the third, but SJU kept fighting. The Hawks outscored the Dragons 3-1, but it wasn't enough as Drexel hung on for the win.

Individually, Cullinan tallied a pair of goals, while Chris O'Neil, Tom Wengenosky and Joe D'Avanzo added a goal apiece. Erik Hotaling made 15 saves between the pipes for SJU.
