Rush Open Training Camp This Weekend in Six Nations

EDMONTON, Alberta -- The Edmonton Rush opens training camp this weekend – November 19-20 in Six Nations, ON.

Rush training camp session No. 2 will also be held in Six Nations, ON. The weekend will be highlighted by a game against the league champions Toronto Rock.

The team's third training camp session will see the Rush return home to Edmonton at the Leduc Recreation Centre the weekend of December 16-18. The coaching staff must trim its roster to the final 23-player size by Thursday, December 22.

"Our camp this year will be very competitive, with the short time we have together, we will expect players to be in game shape this weekend" said General Manager and Head Coach Derek Keenan.

"We look forward to seeing old faces, the new faces and getting right into our season game plan"

The Rush's final training camp session will take place January 13-15 in Edmonton.
