NLL: Former Titans Land with New Teams

The Colorado Mammoth selected goaltender Matt Vinc with the
first selection in a dispersal draft of Orlando Titans players on
Friday. Vinc was named the National Lacrosse League's 2010
Goaltender of the Year. The 2010 NLL Most Valuable Player, Casey
Powell, went second overall to the Boston Blazers.

A couple of trades were made prior to the dispersal draft. The
Philadelphia Wings traded Geoff Snider to the Calgary Roughnecks in
exchange for the 8th overall selection in the draft. The Wings used
that selection to draft Ryan Boyle. Snider, an All-Star transition
player and faceoff specialist, won a league-best 295 faceoffs last
season.
On Thursday, the Boston Blazers traded Brenden Thenhaus and their
first round selection in the 2011 Entry Draft to the Buffalo
Bandits in exchange for the sixth overall selection in Friday's
draft. Boston used the selection to draft John Orsen.
