Lacrosse Magazine DIII Ranks: Oneonta Rolling
Lacrosse Magazine, the flagship publication of US Lacrosse, will publish weekly NCAA Division III women's rankings every Monday through championship weekend in May on LaxMagazine.com. Check back each week to see who is rising, falling and new to the list. The rankings are compiled by LM staff.
|Franklin and Marshall||3-0|
|Washington and Lee||4-2|
|St. John Fisher||3-0|
Also Considered: Denison, Haverford, Occidental, Tufts, Washington College
Susquehanna: A 10-goal loss to Washington College sends the Crusaders tumbling.
Stevenson: The first three losses of Stevenson's season came to teams currently ranked in the Top 15, but after Wednesday's 9-8 loss to Haverford the Mustangs are 1-4 and on the outside looking in.
Washington and Lee (+3): With teams around them losing, the Generals move up by keeping it close in a loss to top-ranked Salisbury, which has not lost since 2012.
Oneonta (+3): There's room for more than one Red Dragons at the top of the SUNYAC. Oneonta kept on rolling with its fifth straight win.
Bowdoin (-4): The Polar Bears have lost two of their first three games, but both of those teams currently rank in the Top 10.
St. John Fisher (No. 18): The Cardinals opened their season with three straight wins and get a chance to jump up even further when they meet Oneonta this week.
Rowan (No. 20): The Profs dispatched Washington College last week and WAC took down Susquehanna this week, so by the law of transitivity Rowan cracks the Top 20 for the first time.
