Hartwick's Kaye Named GOY Again

– For the second straight week, Hartwick senior Jen Kaye (Altamont, NY/Guilderland) has been named the Empire 8 Women's Lacrosse Goalkeeper of the Week.

Kaye made 13 saves and picked up four ground balls, while posting a 76 percent clearing rate, in a 17-11 Hartwick win over Marywood. She made three saves and allowed just one goal in the Hawks' win over Maritime before taking the field and recording one goal, a caused turnover, and a ground ball.

This season, Kaye has a goals against average of just 4.97 with a save percentage of 60%. She has made 21 stops with 10 ground balls and two caused tiurnovers.
The 'Wick women's lacrosse team is 3-0 for the first time in 14 seasons. The Hawks travel to Wells College on Wednesday in their next contest.
