ECAC, SUNYAC Honor Cortland's Ally Levy

CORTLAND, N.Y. - Cortland freshman Ally Levy
(Reisterstown, MD/Seton Keough) has been selected as both the State
University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) women's
lacrosse Goalie of the Week and the Eastern College Athletic
Conference (ECAC) Division III Upstate New York Defensive Player of
the Week for the week ending April 4.
Levy helped lead the nationally ninth-ranked Red Dragons (6-1
overall, 2-0 SUNYAC) to a pair of conference wins last week. In a
19-1 triumph versus Potsdam on Friday, she stopped six shots,
recorded three ground balls and allowed just one goal. The
following day in a 17-4 victory at Oswego, she made four saves.
For the season, Levy has a 6-1 record with a 6.42 GAA, .516 save
percentage and 10 ground balls
