Cascade R, Warrior Regulator Helmets Don't Meet Standard
NOCSAE, the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment, says two helmet models currently in the marketplace, the Cascade Model R and the Warrior Regulator, do not comply with NOCSAE standards after an independent investigation and evaluation.
