For the first time in a while, we have a unanimous No. 1 across all four rankings that make up the Lacross Magazine composite Top 20, as sixth-consecutive ACC championship-winning Maryland sweeps this week's board to outpace the Orange and Florida.
Once again, the biggest abberation is Denver, which plays in the MPSF championship as the top seed and holds a 16-1 record (including a current streak that spans 14 games and goes back to March 1st). We ranked the Pioneers at No. 10, but only the IWLCA shared our view of Denver as a Top 20 squad, ranking them at No. 20.
Each week, we will publish an aggregate of the four major rankings - The Top 20 Lacrosse Magazine, the ILWomen.com media poll, the IWLCA coaches poll and the LaxPower computer rankings. All teams that were either ranked or noted as 'received votes' in one of the polls is listed below.
