RICHMOND, Va. - Eight different Spiders scored
in Richmond's 14-12 victory over visiting Longwood Tuesday

proved to ourselves that we can get up on a team and stay up."
The Spiders struck first when Anne Ryan scored off a free position
five minutes into the game. Longwood countered three minutes later
with a free position of its own.

from a Ryan dish. Julianne Nicola added a goal thirty seconds later
to put the Spider lead to 13-6 with 20 minutes remaining.
