NJCAA Poll: Lazers Still Lights Out; Regional Semifinal Rounds Loom

There is no debate who the favorite is to win the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) men's lacrosse championship. Reigning champion and top-ranked Onondaga Community College has failed to eclipse 20 goals just once all season, and that came April 23 in a 13-12 victory over a solid Army Prep team that just defeated No. 2 Essex.

OCC continued to reign over the NJCAA poll by receiving all six first-place votes, again unsurprisingly, while the rest of the landscape remained largely unchanged. Brookdale broke into the top 10 at No. 9 with consecutive wins over Delaware Tech and Morris.

Regional semifinals are on tap now in the race for the NJCAA crown.
