USILA D-III Poll: Gophers Crack the Top 10

Because of the nature of their conference (Landmark), and to some degree their schedule (one ranked team), the Gophers of Goucher haven't been getting a lot of notoriety. However, Goucher is 15-1 so far this season -- the only loss coming to No. 19 Gettysburg -- and they've finally cracked the Top 10 of the poll. Congrats to the Gophers on a fine season.

Who's Hot

Trinity (+3): Wins over Amherst and against Hamilton in the NESCAC quarters send the Bantams up three pegs.

Who's Not

Roanoke (-6): As expected, the Maroons take a nosedive after falling to unranked W&L in the ODAC semifinals.
Washington College (Out): The Shoremen get the gate (and not one vote!) despite clinching the top seed in the Centennial tourney.

Who's New

Conn College: The Camels are the second hottest team in the NESCAC behind Tufts, having won eight of their last nine.
