COLCHESTER, Vt. – Junior attackman Tyler Prevost (Watertown, N.Y./Immaculate Heart/Onondaga C.C.) scored three goals and dished out an assist to lead the second-ranked Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team to a 7-6 win over Saint Michael's on Saturday afternoon at Duffy Field.

Prevost got the Dolphins on the scoreboard with 8:08 left off a pass from classmate Nate Frechette (Manlius, N.Y./Christian Brothers Academy). The duo reversed roles with 4:52 remaining in an extra-man opportunity as Frechette netted his eighth goal of the season on Prevost's team-best 15th assist. Frechette gave the Dolphins a two-goal advantage with an unassisted goal with 4:11 left in the quarter.
Following a two-minute possession, Prevost recorded his 10th goal of the season with 11:04 remaining in the second quarter off a feed from sophomore midfielder Andrew Chadderdon (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn).
After seven minutes and 10 seconds of scoreless action, Vanzo pulled Saint Michael's within 4-2 with his 16th goal of the season. Freshman face-off specialist Joe Corapi (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) won the ensuing face-off, raced up field and fired in his first career goal at the 3:45 mark.

Graduate student midfielder Tyler Sennett (Syracuse, N.Y./Nottingham) recorded his fifth goal of the year 2:53 into the fourth quarter to give the Dolphins a 7-4 lead and complete Le Moyne's scoring.
Vanzo scored twice in a span of 57 seconds midway through the quarter to close the Purple Knights within 7-6.
