from press release

DENVER – The Colorado Mammoth announced today that the team will be holding its annual training camp this weekend – November 19th-21st – at Bladium Sports and Fitness Club in Denver. All sessions of training camp are open to the public.

As the Mammoth gears up for the 2011 season, training camp offers the coaching staff opportunities to assess players and make roster decisions heading into the season.

"Training camp is essential for the coaching staff," said Mammoth Head Coach Bob Hamley. "We need to be able to see how our players have progressed during the offseason and where we need to make adjustments before we face off in the regular season."

For fans, this marks the first chance to see the Mammoth's recent acquisitions John Grant Jr., Matt King, Ken Clausen, Ned Crotty, Ben Davies and Connor Martin as they battle for roster spots.

The Bladium is located at 2400 Central Park Blvd., Denver, CO, 80238. The schedule for training camp is as follows:

- Friday, November 19 (4-6pm)

- Saturday, November 20 (6:30-8:30am & 6-8pm)

- Sunday, November 21 (8-10am)

Colorado will host the Toronto Rock in preseason action at Pepsi Center on Saturday, December 4. The Mammoth's 2011 regular season opener is Saturday, January 8th against the defending NLL champion Washington Stealth.
