Notre Dame: Four Days in Colorado Trailer

Notre Dame's fall break this October was anything but what the time-off moniker typically suggests. The Irish had a four-day trip to Colorado that was packed with an array of experiences, enough for a movie, it turns out.

We chronicled a bit of Notre Dame's fall in our "30 in 30" series in October — "Do Irish Have Canada on Their Mind?" — but that was right before the team was to travel out west. During the trip, the Irish had a dinner with about 20 Notre Dame alumni across various industrites in Denver, played box lacrosse, played a scrimmage against Air Force and went through a high ropes course in Colorado Springs with Air Force players, tailgated and attended the Notre Dame-Air Force football game, visited the Children's Hospital of Colorado, The Garden of the Gods (I've been there!), and did a dawn climb up what's known as The Incline, a renowned hike regularly used by Olympic athletes to train. Whew!

A film crew from Maverik/BEAST Films was around to capture the trip. A short preview trailer of an upcoming documentary is below.
