Getting to Know LaxMagazine.com
It's been a while since we introduced ourselves to each other, so here's a refresher on all that LaxMagazine.com has to offer as the college season begins in earnest. There's plenty to use beyond the news and features normally seen on our front page.
You can get to all of these pages using the orange navigation bar under the Lacrosse Magazine logo on our front page.
Are you a fan of the North Carolina men, the San Diego St. women, Chapman's men's club team, or any team in between? We have college team pages, complete with schedules, results, conference standings and news headlines of your favorite team.
We bring you weekly coaches' polls, where teams rise in the rankings, like Notre Dame and Ohio State did this Monday (moving up to No. 2 and No. 11, respectively), or fall, like Denver (dropping out of the top 10) in the Division I coaches' poll. Men's polls are underway and the IWCLA in-season coaches' polls debut Feb. 27.
Every day, check out the national schedules across all divisions. As we get the results of the games on these pages, they will reflect final scores and you can also find links to the game recaps, box scores and photos.
Right below our main stories of the day on LaxMagazine.com, you'll see three tabs for "Video," "Photo" and "Blog."
Lacrosse Magazine employs the finest photographers in the sport, and they capture all the images of skill, movement, athleticism and competition that lacrosse has to offer. See what we're talking about.
Watch our latest videos, featuring post-game interviews and game highlights. Look for regular video packages throughout the season to see and hear from players and coaches you just don't get to see or hear from that often.
Lacrosse Magazine and LaxMagazine.com writers share news, analysis and opinion from lacrosse world on a regular basis in our blog section. We also have player blogs, this season from Cornell senior midfielder JJ Gilbane and Stanford sophomore goaltender Lyndsey Munoz, with more to come. You can navigate our blogs by author, month or topic. Stay up to date, and thanks... you just finished reading a post in our blog section.
